As you may be aware, the High Net Worth home insurance market has been particularly challenging over the last couple of years. As a result, there has been a significant reduction of available High Net Worth home owners underwriting capacity.

Unfortunately, this challenging environment has also affected our own DUAL HNW home offering and Aurum Home’s capacity partner has confirmed they will not be renewing our binding authority agreement.

Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to cease the Aurum High Net Worth home owners product and we will not be offering new business quotes or renewal quotes for existing policyholders effective on or after 1 March 2024. As you would expect, we are actively sourcing alternative capacity to support customers, as well as seeking a replacement market to support our brokers and their clients in the future.
